Shipping & Returns

Books and eBooks on CD are shipped from the UK. Posted 1st Class Royal Mail within the UK, Royal Mail Air Mail outside UK. We do not send recorded/special delivery, nor sign for on delivery. If you want anything other than the standard delivery mechanism then contact us before purchasing the product. All books/CDs/DVDs are in stock with a 100% fulfillment rate. You will receive confirmation email on dispatch.

We maintain the quality of our used books, CDs, DVDs, Audio Tapes. If however you are unsatisfied with the item please email us straight away so that we can have the opportunity to sort it out. If however you want to return the item then please return goods within 10 days. Contact us via the contact form before returning any item.

Downloadable eBooks will be available for download for 7 days. You are allowed 5 attempts to download the file. If you have problems then contact us via the contact form.

Payment and Price

Cancellation of Orders
Returned Goods If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days from date of delivery for full refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in the same condition as they were dispatched to you in their packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.  Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
